Summary: The Technical Architect role focuses on managing and designing O365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint, while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. The position requires expertise in Azure and Cloud technologies, as well as experience in Agile project delivery. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, leading O365 transformational programs and troubleshooting related issues. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with infrastructure architects and managing client relationships at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert-level experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture.
  • Design and develop solutions for the Wintel server environment, including enterprise architecture solutions.
  • Provide best practice recommendations and deep experience in core M365 services.
  • Lead client configuration planning meetings and articulate pros & cons of design decisions.
  • Establish a reputation as a subject matter expert in M365 technology areas.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and migration of Exchange On-Premises to Office 365.
  • Configure monitoring tools to proactively identify issues within email & messaging systems.
  • Create issue documentation and technical FAQs.
  • Architect significant infrastructure and Azure cloud solutions.
  • Manage Core Infrastructure, including VMware, Active Directory, and security compliance.
  • Lead teams during major incidents and support root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Experience working in both SAFE and AGILE project delivery environments.

Key Skills:

  • Expert-level experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture.
  • Strong expertise as a Core O365 Solution Architect.
  • Technical experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Identity.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to represent technical challenges.
  • Excellent Windows 10 experience, including security and servicing.
  • Proficiency in AD 2008 and above, Group Policies, SCCM, PowerShell, and BitLocker.
  • MCSE/MCSA/MCP certification preferred.
  • Full end-to-end deployment lifecycle management.
  • Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) experience.
