- Install and support hardware, peripherals and LAN infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Windows, Ubuntu, Mac and mobile
- Support networking issues from an endpoint perspective
- Deliver EUS automation and systems management improvements
- Manage patching, upgrades and security compliance
- Work with engineering teams to define system and application requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for device swaps and fixes
