Summary: We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide face-to-face technical support during the rollout of Modern Workplace software in Reigate. This role requires hands-on assistance to end users, troubleshooting various issues, and maintaining high customer service standards. The position is on-site and classified as outside IR35 for a duration of 6 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on, deskside support to users during the Modern Workplace rollout.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Assist users with onboarding and navigating new tools and features.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in desktop support roles, ideally in enterprise environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Intune, Teams, and other Modern Workplace tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our project team on an outside IR35 contract basis. This role is pivotal in supporting the rollout of Modern Workplace software, providing face-to-face technical support to end users during and after deployment.
