Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Hard Service Supply Chain Delivery Manager in service delivery from Estates Supply Chain Partners.
- Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to develop cost-effective solutions and improve service delivery.
- Resolve supplier issues and understand constraints to provide effective solutions.
- Manage and coordinate the Integrator CAFM system and associated supplier systems.
- Produce reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI for senior leadership meetings.
- Implement Continuous Improvement Programs with strategic suppliers.
- Manage risks and develop contingency plans as necessary.
- Oversee national or multi-site contracts.
Key Skills:
- Experience in contractor service delivery management best practices.
- Knowledge of CAFM systems and compliance data management.
- Operational experience with hard/soft facilities management contracts.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data reporting and presentation.
