Summary: As a Delivery Manager/Product Manager, you will lead the expansion of a Data & Analytics Platform focused on Engineering Infrastructure planning and strategy. This hybrid role combines delivery and product management, emphasizing agile methodologies and technology transformation. You will be responsible for mobilizing the platform and transitioning it into a Business-As-Usual product while managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic business projects using agile and lean principles.
• Interface with the Data team, demonstrating data literacy.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies in project execution.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements, contributing to product design and management.
• Establish and maintain trust with stakeholders through transparent communication.
• Mobilize the platform, add new functionality, and transition it into Business-As-Usual.
• Adapt to a more product-focused approach in project and product management.

Key Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in leading strategic business projects.
• Strong data literacy and comfort with data analysis.
• Proven experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in product management and customer requirement interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable experience in Technology Infrastructure Change and Business Intelligence delivery.
