Summary: The role of Technical Lead (Reporting) involves providing technical and functional expertise for the implementation of a new Records Management System (RMS). Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and deliver a standard reporting model, covering development, documentation, and training.

Key Skills:

The Role You will act as a subject matter expert , leading the delivery of standardised reporting practices — including development, documentation, training, and guidance to colleagues. Working closely with project and programme teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of a major RMS implementation.
