Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and forecast income risks and arrears patterns to support targeted interventions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Prepare data submissions for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
