Summary: The Data Support and Tech Author role at Hinkley Point C involves maintaining the accuracy of the Asset Register within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tool. The position requires data extraction and analysis, ensuring that all structures, systems, and components are accurately captured. This hybrid position offers a PAYE contract with additional paid leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy of the Asset Register in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Tool
• Provide a legible meaningful description for the Assets
• Populate equipment type against Assets
• Maintain location data against the Asset register
• Populate Divisions against Assets and maintain the divisions data
• Populate Systems against Assets and maintain the systems data
• Use various tools to extract information from various data sources
• Organise and transform information into comprehensible structures within Excel worksheets
• Populate data load sheets to submit to the System Administrator for loading into the EAM tool
• Monitor data quality and remove corrupt and inaccurate data
• Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
• Create process documents for end users
• Understand engineering/construction inventory and assist in populating an ever-increasing library
