Summary: The Data Reconciliation Lead role involves ensuring data integrity and reconciliation during a significant data migration project within the Purchase to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C) teams. The position requires producing high-quality data reconciliation summary packs and addressing any issues that arise during the migration process. This hybrid role offers flexibility while demanding occasional extended hours, particularly around critical project timelines. The successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting business-critical decisions as part of a larger transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program leads with static and transactional data migration and reconciliation.
- Produce high integrity data reconciliation summary packs.
- Arrange and host meetings with colleagues and invested parties to analyze data packs and resolve issues.
- Identify issues arising from data migration and propose solutions to minimize or eliminate them.
Key Skills:
- Experience in migrating data and data reconciliation processes with large data sets.
- Background in finance, preferably within P2P or O2C operations.
- Strong and flexible communication style with the ability to adapt and present to various stakeholders.
- Analytical approach with a passion for solving data-related problems.
- Experience manipulating data from ERP systems, preferably Oracle R12 and Fusion.
