Summary: Our client, a major organization in the aviation sector, is looking for a Data Protection Analyst to join their Legal team. This hybrid role involves assisting with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and managing privacy-related tasks while working both in the office and remotely. The position requires collaboration with various team members and a focus on compliance and incident management. The role is based in West London, with a mix of office and home working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including review and redaction of documents (PDFs, Word, video recordings).
- Manage privacy inbox and respond to rights requests and incidents within regulatory timeframes.
- Maintain and improve the DPO’s online presence and knowledge base.
- Support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) office in compliance assessment, privacy by design, rights requests, and incident management.
- Coordinate privacy team activities and compliance reviews.
Key Skills:
- Experience with handling large numbers of Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).
- Background in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Office 365 eDiscovery, SharePoint, Excel, Adobe Pro (desirable).
- Experience with data protection incidents and rights requests.
