Summary: The Prevent Triage Officer role within Counter Terrorism Policing North West (CTPNW) involves conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals at risk of radicalisation. Key Responsibilities:

- Identify threats and possible patterns of risk/vulnerability.
- Manage resultant risks in line with operational requirements.
- Support and educate partners around their prevent duty.

CTPNW’s mission is to work together to keep people safe from terrorism. We are looking for a committed and outstanding individual who can support CTPNW in achieving its mission.
To conduct holistic threat, risk and vulnerability assessments on individuals identified as vulnerable to radicalisation. To research, develop and assess intelligence. Also, to identify threats, possible patterns of risk/vulnerability and manage the resultant risks in line with operational requirements of role. And, to support and educate partners around their prevent duty.
