Summary: The Data Analyst - RWA Architecture role is a contract position based in Belfast, requiring the candidate to work three days a week in the office. The successful applicant will be part of the Markets Transformation Team at a leading investment bank, focusing on Credit RWA calculations and collaborating with various stakeholders to design effective operating models and IT architectures. This position demands a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage complex data-centric deliverables within the investment banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and delivery of services required to support Credit RWA calculations
- Apply independent critical thinking and data analysis to break down complex problems into manageable deliverables
- Lead working groups with Business, Quant, Finance and Technology stakeholders to identify critical data elements
- Design target operating models and architecture
- Translate requirements into delivery milestones and project plans
- Maintain hands-on involvement in project delivery, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented
- Manage dependencies across initiatives and stakeholder groups
- Proactively identify and address risks and challenges
- Produce insightful project updates and documentation for various forums
- Build strong relationships to support program execution
Key Skills:

- Experience with large datasets, relational databases and SQL
- Demonstrated experience designing effective operating models and IT architectures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
