Summary: The Data Analyst role at Care Fertility involves a hybrid position that combines data engineering and analytics to enhance data-driven decision-making within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data.

Key Skills:
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimising SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI with a strong understanding of DAX.
- Experience with tools like dbt, SSIS, Airflow, or Azure Data Factory for building and maintaining ETL processes.
- Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modelling.
- Familiarity with Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake.
- Ability to use Python or R for data manipulation and automation (desirable).
- Knowledge of best practices for data security, governance, and GDPR compliance.
- Strong ability to analyse complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve data issues or inefficiencies.
