This role focuses on analyzing, managing, and interpreting data to enhance billing processes, drive operational efficiencies, and deliver insightful reporting that supports business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets related to energy consumption, billing, and customer accounts to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.


• Design, develop, and maintain automated billing and reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI, Excel, or other data visualization platforms.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing processes and resolve discrepancies efficiently.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing accuracy, payment collections, and energy usage reporting, presenting findings to stakeholders.


• Develop predictive models and actionable insights to optimize energy forecasting, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.


• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data analysis within the energy sector or a similar industry.


• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, and familiarity with energy billing systems.


• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards in the energy industry.
