Summary: The Data Analyst role focuses on advanced data analysis using Excel and SQL to support the Facilities Management Team in migrating and consolidating data systems. The position involves identifying trends, improving data quality, and presenting insights to drive operational performance. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making and support the development of a data culture within the organization. Candidates must be willing to undergo Security Clearance checks for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse large volumes of complex data throughout the entire data life cycle and identify issues and opportunities.
• Tailor the message for different stakeholders.
• Carry out root-cause analysis for data errors, trend analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis on various datasets and make recommendations where necessary.
• Understand and map key data requirements from the Facilities Management Team and wider business stakeholders.
• Produce ad-hoc reports and data visualisation requests.
• Define and put in place data quality metrics and controls across the operational data systems to monitor data quality.
• Provide technical expertise and act as the first point of contact for analytics queries from non-data-oriented colleagues.

• Experience working within a Delivery/Property Services or Facilities Management environment (desired but not essential).
