Summary: The Corporate Accounts Sales Specialist (CASS) at Univar Solutions plays a crucial role in supporting sales and customer service functions at the Corporate Account level. This position involves coordinating and executing sales responsibilities, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role is based in Caerphilly, Wales, and operates on a hybrid working model. It is a 12-month fixed-term contract aimed at driving growth in the Corporate Accounts business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer pricing/material inquiries and maintain system entries or modifications.
- Create customer-specific price sheets and manage documentation requests.
- Investigate and resolve customer invoice discrepancies and disputes.
- Generate required reporting for Corporate Account Managers and sales teams.
- Respond to corporate account customer projects and process improvements.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient pricing processes.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Chemical Distribution and customer support/sales support.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the chemical distribution industry.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, etc.
