Summary: The Data Administrator role is a temp-to-perm position based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, focusing on maintaining accurate learner data and supporting various administrative processes within the Quality & Compliance Team. Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain learner data (enrolments, withdrawals, achievements, etc.)
- Conduct eligibility checks prior to enrolment
- Coordinate learner inductions and reporting
- Monitor digital inboxes and respond to queries
- Support delivery teams and onboard learners to the platform
- Process funding paperwork and examination registrations
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with Data Protection regulations
- General administrative duties, including minute-taking
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 4 National 5s (A-C) or equivalent, including English & Maths
- Strong attention to detail and fast, accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and a friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute positively
- IT qualification is a bonus, but not essential.
