Summary: The Data Administrator role at t2 group involves managing learner records and ensuring compliance within the Claims Administration Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking, processing, and inputting learner paperwork in accordance with contract funding requirements for both new and existing learners.
  • Sorting and processing certificates onto internal systems.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, department, and business.
  • Filing, scanning, and archiving documents.
  • Undertaking reception duties on a rota basis, including handling incoming and outgoing mail, greeting visitors, overseeing the sign-in process, and arranging refreshments for important meetings as needed.
  • Liaising with Assessors and Performance Managers to resolve all administrative support queries.
  • Performing general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with audit preparation as and when required.
  • Raising any safeguarding or learner welfare concerns to the Safeguarding Team in line with reporting procedures.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent IT Skills including experience of using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
  • Ability to accurately input, check, and process learner data and documentation to ensure compliance with contract regulations.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, balancing competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and keep accurate records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with learners, internal teams, assessors, line managers, and external bodies.
  • Understanding of data protection and maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive learner data.
  • A proactive approach with a strong drive to overcome challenges, demonstrating tenacity in achieving goals.
  • Capable of working both collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining productivity.

Role Purpose
As a Data Administrator, you will work within the Claims Administration Team as part of our wider support function. You will play a vital role in ensuring our learner records are accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently, helping us deliver high-quality training services. You will be the go-to person for managing paperwork, certificates, and system updates, while keeping our administrative processes running smoothly. Working closely with colleagues across the business, youll resolve queries, support audits, and contribute to a friendly, well-organised office environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help drive the continued growth and success of t2 group.

Skills And Experience Desirable
A background in administration, preferably within an educational or training setting, where you have gained practical experience managing general administrative tasks.
Familiar with MAYTAS or other training provider management systems, with the ability to input, track, and report on learner data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Previous experience with managing or supporting the administration of Work-Based Learning contracts, including understanding of associated funding, compliance requirements, and learner progress tracking
