Summary: The D365 CE Technical Consultant role involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Dynamics CRM on a 6-12 month contract basis. The position requires a proactive individual with strong .Net development skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. The consultant will ensure that solutions are scalable and maintainable while staying updated with the latest technologies. Relevant experience and certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and .Net are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics CRM.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 CE to meet business requirements.
  • Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using .Net and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet performance standards.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a D365 CE Technical Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficiency in .Net development, including C# and ASP.Net.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate, is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and .Net are preferred.
