SAP HCM / Time Consultant

Summary: The SAP HCM/Time Consultant role involves configuring SAP HCM solutions and managing business process design for a flagship account. The position requires collaboration with skilled teams and leadership in design workshops while ensuring project delivery in a multi-supplier environment. The consultant will also mentor team members and support functional teams to resolve issues. This role is critical for delivering innovative solutions and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP for HCM solutions - OM/PA/Time/Time Evaluation according to industry best practices
• Lead design workshops and prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.
• Support and liaise closely with corresponding functional teams to resolve issues and provide solutions
• Deliver projects on time in a multi-supplier environment
• Provide estimates for project delivery and impact
• Mentor and support the development of team members
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business

Key Skills:

• Experience as an SAP HCM/Time consultant with multiple project lifecycles
• Strong technical knowledge in Personnel Administration, Time Management, Time Evaluation, and CATS
• Broader technical awareness in Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration
• Excellent communication skills for high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders
• Innovative thinking and a passion for change
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
