Summary: The CyberArk Engineer (Guardian Certified) role involves securing privileged access management (PAM) infrastructure for a leading banking client in London. The position requires expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining CyberArk environments to protect against insider threats and cyber risks. The role operates on a hybrid working model, requiring one day a week on-site. The position is classified as inside IR35 due to the use of an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions, including Enterprise Password Vault, Privileged Session Manager, and Application Access Manager.
- Perform regular health checks and audits on CyberArk systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures related to privileged access management.
- Integrate CyberArk with other security tools and systems within the organization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CyberArk-related issues.
- Conduct security assessments and contribute to incident response efforts involving privileged accounts.
- Deliver training and guidance to internal teams on CyberArk usage and best practices.
Key Skills:
- CyberArk Guardian Level Certification (required).
- 7+ years of experience as a CyberArk Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of PAM concepts and CyberArk architecture.
- Experience with CyberArk modules such as EPV, PSM, CPM, and PVWA.
- Familiarity with Scripting languages (eg, PowerShell, Python) and automation.
- Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards (eg, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
