Summary: The Customer Support Officer at 3t will manage client ticket requests related to the company's software, ensuring high-quality service and support. This role involves troubleshooting, liaising with the development team, and performing administrative tasks for the Chief Digital Officer. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket requests raised by clients using the software (Jira).
- Provide advice and support to clients, investigate and identify bugs, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Liaise with the development team to resolve client issues.
- Update and respond to ticket requests within set timescales.
- Build and maintain a high level of customer support.
- Raise major issues with management and assist in providing data and reports to the management team.
- Perform administration tasks, including diary management and travel arrangements for the Chief Digital Officer.
- Coordinate and support all audit activities (ISO 9001 and others), ensuring required documents are prepared and accessible for auditors.
