  • Respond to and record emergencies and incidents involving the public and industry partners.
  • Serve as a point of contact for reporting faults within the station, maintaining records and managing actions as required.
  • Assist and provide information to customers traveling throughout the station.
  • Implement plans to prevent and manage criminal activity on the station in collaboration with customers and external authorities.
