Summary: The Customer Communications Executive role is focused on supporting the Customer Communications Lead in delivering effective communications to stakeholders within a high-profile national programme. The position involves coordinating webinars, managing website content, and assisting with in-person events to ensure customer engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support regular customer webinars (fortnightly), including liaising with subject matter experts and presenters, managing agenda, logistics, and audience interaction (Q&A sessions, screen sharing), and post-webinar follow-up.
- Assist with website publications by supporting content preparation and ensuring style, tone, and format are customer-friendly, and working with web teams to upload content in line with programme requirements.
- Support in-person customer events by assisting with planning, logistics, and agenda coordination, ensuring events run smoothly and participants have the necessary information.
- Provide general administrative support to the Customer Communications Lead and wider comms team.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in communications, events, or customer engagement roles.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Communications and Engagement Team plays a key role in keeping customers informed and engaged through webinars, events, and website updates.
Role Overview: This role will support the Customer Communications Lead in delivering clear, timely, and effective communications to programme stakeholders, primarily customers. You will be responsible for coordinating webinars, supporting in-person events, and managing website publications, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and delivered on schedule.
