Summary: The role involves a CRM Consultant tasked with consolidating multiple CRM systems into a single platform using Microsoft Dynamics. The consultant will assess current systems, design a roadmap for migration, and manage the implementation process with a high degree of autonomy. This position is critical for ensuring a smooth transition to the new system while addressing customizations and stakeholder reporting. The role is set to begin ASAP and is expected to last for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current systems and state of existing data, designing roadmap to move onto new, single platform
• Clarify design of new system and any customisations
• Run a logical and sequential process, with a large degree of autonomy and minimal need for more senior input

Key Skills:

• Experience implementing new CRM systems previously, ideally with strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• Worked with small/medium sized businesses, ideally in a PE setting, and used to reporting into various stakeholders
• Able to run and manage a CRM project independently
