Summary: The CRM Manager role in the FMCG/Retail sector focuses on executing impactful CRM, email, and loyalty campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. The position requires a hands-on approach to build and manage CRM strategies across both Retail and Online teams, ensuring personalized customer experiences. The successful candidate will take ownership of campaign execution and contribute to long-term customer loyalty. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working arrangement based in West London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute CRM and email marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, focused on driving engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Leverage data insights and customer feedback to develop targeted campaigns that are personalised and aligned with customer needs.
- Implement and manage customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies with a strong focus on personalisation and segmentation.
- Work closely with Retail stores and online team to optimise CRM solutions that support sales and customer retention goals.
- Create creative email marketing campaigns that are engaging, targeted, and conversion-driven.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on CRM/Loyalty Email Marketing experience (preferably in retail or FMCG).
- Proven experience with CRM email marketing platforms and/or marketing clouds.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to analyse and report campaign results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver campaigns on time.
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
