The manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand consistency and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, workflow, and execution of creative projects - from concept to launch.
- Oversee campaign shoots, packaging production, POS, and content creation.
- Book and manage models, studios, stylists, and other key creative partners.
- Partner closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Retail, Creative) and external suppliers.
- Own production budgets and timelines, negotiating and optimising resources where needed.
- Champion creative excellence, brand consistency, and operational efficiency.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years in creative production or operations (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector).
- Strong digital production chops-especially around model/studio/agency bookings.
- Experience across digital, print, packaging, and retail creative outputs.
- A deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand execution.
- Proficiency with Figma and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Creative Production Manager to lead the end-to-end deliver creative campaigns including; packaging, digital, retail, and content. This person will be the operational heartbeat of the brand's creative output, collaborating across departments and ensuring that every shoot, design, and asset is delivered flawlessly.
