Summary: The CQV Project Manager role involves overseeing the planning and execution of CQV activities within a global pharmaceutical company for a 9-month contract in Paris, France. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to ensure project readiness and adherence to schedules while addressing challenges proactively. The manager will be responsible for team coordination, metrics generation, and issue resolution to drive project success. Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for defining the workload in their specific areas, planning and executing their works as per start up master schedule.
• Accountable for identifying their team needs including people, tools, training etc in a proactive manner. Works with his/her manager to ensure readiness.
• Generates metrics KPIs to measure and report progress against their plans.
• Leads his/her CQV morning meeting- discuss plans for the day with his/her team and ensures readiness and alignment as per plan. Facilitates issue resolution and provides direction when prioritisation of works is needed.
• Discuss the pre-requisites status (provided by Doc Control) with the team to ensure execution is done properly and safely.
• Provide guidance on field troubleshooting. Removes obstacles from his team.
• Ensures adherence to schedule and identifies work around to prevent delays.
• Works with his/her team to ensure the documentation and other pre-requisites are on track. Escalates to his/her lead and the leadership team on any issues.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience as a CQV Project Manager in major new build pharma projects.
• Strong communicator with a technical and commercial mindset.
• Able to handle pressure and drive the project forwards providing solutions for challenges.
