Summary: Barry’s is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to enhance corporate relationships through strategic programming and partnerships aimed at increasing client trials and retention. The role requires a solutions-oriented individual who is passionate about the Barry’s brand and can thrive in a challenging environment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing partnerships, managing corporate accounts, and supporting business development initiatives across the UK and Republic of Ireland. This position is based at Barry’s UK Headquarters in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with corporate partners.
  • Collaborate with Studio Operations and Marketing teams to leverage existing contacts and identify new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on workplace wellness trends and explore new partnership projects.
  • Build and manage relationships with existing partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Track key performance metrics and develop a quantitative lead scorecard.
  • Field inquiries from corporate partners and manage the corporate accounts email account.
  • Create processes and tracking systems within the booking platform and generate monthly reports.
  • Support business strategy and development of corporate programs across the UK and Republic of Ireland.
  • Participate in health fairs and community development initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Experience in driving communications programs, events, and campaigns.
  • Proven success in pitching ideas to high-profile companies.

About The Role

Barry’s is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to work cross functionally to develop and manage corporate relationships through strategic programming and integrated partnerships to increase new client trial and retention, create new revenue streams, and identify areas to support the greater business. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented and a creative-thinker who is passionate about the Barry’s brand and thrives on being challenged.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships with a wide array of corporate partners and prospects.
  • Partner with Studio Operations and Marketing team to leverage existing studio/client contacts and identify new relationships to discover opportunities that can provide value to the brand.
  • Stay on the pulse of wellness trends in the workplace and continually explore new projects and partnership opportunities that will support the overarching brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with existing partners to expand our footprint within existing partners.
  • Focus on business-driving initiatives within the national marketing calendar.
  • Track and manage key performance metrics and develop quantitative lead scorecard to measure potential partnership opportunities.
  • Field inbound inquiries from corporate partners and manage the corporate accounts e-mail account.
  • Work with studio teams to create processes and tracking systems within the booking platform and create monthly reports highlighting efforts and analyzing new and existing partnerships.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of studios, instructors and class formats across UK & Republic of Ireland.

Business Development

  • Support and partake in business strategy and development of corporate programs throughout UK & Republic of Ireland.
  • Support and execute seasonal partnerships and programs, complying feedback, analytics and developing new partnerships for corporate bookings.

Community Development

  • Continue to develop relationships with the corporate network – explore meeting contacts in person to create bigger relationships for region or company.
  • Participate and execute in health fairs in assigned market/region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (experience in similar industry is preferred).
  • Travel required to UK & Republic of Ireland sites.
  • Experience in driving communications programs, events, and campaigns.

Working Hours

You'll generally work a standard 9am to 6pm day but hours could sometimes include shift or weekend work. There may also be a requirement to work extra hours to meet deadlines. This role is for all Barry’s UK and Ireland studios.
