Summary: An exciting opportunity exists for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a respected team in London. The role involves delivering high-quality analysis to support informed decision-making across core business areas. This position is a 12-month contract with potential for extension. The candidate will lead financial model development and act as a trusted business partner while managing risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading development of financial models
- Providing recommendations to maximise revenue growth
- Preparing insightful analysis to aid decision making
- Acting as a trusted business partner
- Identifying and managing risks and opportunities
- Evaluating financial impact of new initiatives and investments
- Preparing detailed reports for various stakeholders
- Ensuring month end close is completed accurately in a timely manner
- Ad hoc tasks as required
- Deputising for Senior Commercial Finance Manager when required
Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant
- Ideally experience working in Retail or multi site
- Proven commercial finance experience including experience of acting as a Business Partner
- Strong FP&A skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build robust relationships
- Ability to deliver high quality results to tight deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills
