Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all contracts and customer quotes prior to issuance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and operations teams to gather necessary input and ensure contract terms reflect agreed commercial positions.
  • Maintain and update contract templates and clause libraries in line with evolving business needs and legal changes.
  • Review all sold deals and analyze patterns to see where the business is winning and losing, maintaining and managing quota attainment for sales.
  • Track contract statuses and manage the approval process to ensure timely turnaround and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation in a central system.
  • Provide guidance to staff involved in contract creation or negotiation processes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

A growing global business is looking for a Contracts Manager to manage and control all client software contracts working with sales, legal and finance departments in the company. Along with a starting salary of up to GBP 45,000 per annum, you will also receive hybrid working, 25 days holiday rising to 28 with service, a pension scheme, mental health support, private medical insurance, life cover plus other discounts/services

As Contracts Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Include :
