Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic Term Service Contracts for mechanical and electrical repair and servicing.
• Oversee the Gas Servicing and Repairs contract for HRA stock and corporate assets.
• Ensure contracts are procured and managed effectively, delivering high service quality and value for money.
• Continuously seek service improvements in contract management.
• Develop scope of service documentation and evaluate bids in compliance with Public Procurement Regulations.
• Monitor and control significant budgets to ensure services are delivered within financial constraints.
• Provide professional advice on statutory requirements and assess the quality of works.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and technical guidance.

Key Skills:

• Relevant property-related degree in a building or technical subject area.
