Summary: The Client Integration Analyst will join the Equity Operations team of a leading investment client in London for a 6-month contract. This role focuses on onboarding new Equities clients, enhancing client experience, and ensuring seamless trade lifecycle management. The analyst will collaborate with various internal teams and directly engage with clients to understand their trading preferences. This position is critical for driving efficiency and supporting the integration of new products and market access for existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients trading Equity cash and synthetics
• Work directly with clients to understand pre- and post-trade execution preferences
• Partner with internal teams across operations, tech, and the front office to configure onboarding workflows
• Monitor client activity during pilot phases to ensure seamless trade lifecycle management
• Support ongoing enablement of existing clients with new products and market access

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in equities (cash or synthetic) within onboarding, middle office, or client services
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset within a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mentality
