Summary: Leading edge multinational organization seeks an in-house Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for their R&D facility to support business growth and expand the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Semiconductors or relevant R&D permanent recruitment and must be proficient in using the Workday package and LinkedIn Recruiter. This role requires a self-starter who can develop recruitment strategies and will initially be for 6 months with the potential for long-term extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process for R&D roles within the organization.
• Utilize the Workday package, specifically the Recruiter module, for recruitment activities.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract talent.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies independently.
• Work on-site at the R&D facility.

Key Skills:

• Experience in permanent recruitment within R&D, preferably in Semiconductors.
• Proficiency in the Workday package, particularly the Recruiter module.
