Summary: The Contract Operations Administrator role involves supporting a digital transformation project within the diagnostics sector, focusing on the implementation of a new contract management system. The position requires proactive engagement with legal documentation and collaboration with various stakeholders. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in Burgess Hill, and is offered on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and providing training on the new system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key system champion and super-user for the newly implemented digital contract management system
  • Lead and support projects to extend the system's application across the business
  • Provide training and system support to internal business stakeholders
  • Review and extract key information from legal and contractual documents for system input
  • Redact sensitive information from contracts as required
  • Maintain data integrity through accurate and detailed data entry
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent system use and data practices
  • Support the wider Legal and Compliance team with general administrative tasks

Hours: Full-time, 12-month contract

Pay: £20.00 - £26.00 per hour PAYE (excluding holiday pay) or £26.80 - £34.85 per hour Umbrella
