Summary

NG Bailey Facilities Services is looking for a dynamic and driven Contract Manager to take the reins on our prestigious South East Trains Limited (SETL) contract. As Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service across a network of railway stations. You’ll lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and helpdesk staff, ensuring top-tier performance in health & safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is your chance to make a real impact in a role that combines leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include:

• Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding service
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and NG Bailey procedures
• Oversee electrical compliance including NICEIC certifications and EICRs
• Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality delivery of all works
• Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, and contract performance
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across the contract

What we’re looking for :

• Proven experience in electrical contract management within building services
• Strong knowledge of NICEIC standards, EICRs, and electrical installations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage compliance, audits, and safety procedures
• Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (preferred)
• City & Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 or equivalent
• City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition)
• City & Guilds 2391 (Desirable)
• PTS (Personal Track Safety) – training provided if needed
• IOSH Managing Safely, L8 Training, and RAMS knowledge (Desirable)
