Summary: Stellarmann is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to contribute to a global transformation program for a leading client. The role requires expertise in IT PMO and experience supporting project teams on major transformation initiatives. The position involves working with integration technologies and managing project reporting and budgets. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, spending two days a week in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT PMO experience
- Supported project team on a major transformation program before
- Working across integration technologies portfolio - ideally
- In-depth Monday.com - general admin, onboarding new project, permission, privileges etc
- Making sure PMs are up to date with budget forecasts, task, planning, risk, issue, dependencies reporting improving quality and consistency.
- Reporting and budgets experience/burn rate
- Supportive with excellent communication and soft skills
Key Skills:
- IT PMO experience
- Experience supporting major transformation programs
- Familiarity with integration technologies
- Proficient in Monday.com administration
- Budget forecasting and reporting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Required experience -
