  • Produce and maintain Project Charter, including defining scope and objectives.
  • Track project performance making adjustments to schedules and plans when needed.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
  • Adhere to the programme communication plan, including providing project status reports.
  • Escalate key risks/issues to programme management team.
  • Ensure project team adhere to programme ways of working.

At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement. Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Business Change Project Manager to support key transformation programmes within Honda Motor Europe. In particular, this role will lead the continued rollout and optimisation of a major European direct-to-consumer sales pilot in UK, while also supporting the deployment of new CRM technologies designed to enhance performance. Operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, you will manage a complex landscape of stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners — working with autonomy and confidence to ensure delivery. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of people, process, and technology, requiring exceptional change leadership, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to turn strategic intent into real-world results. You’ll need to be highly people-savvy — capable of building trust, gaining alignment, and winning hearts and minds across all levels of the programme to drive momentum and achieve meaningful outcomes.
