Summary: The Content Designer role is a 6-month contract position based in London, requiring SC Clearance. The position involves creating user-centered content for government digital services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance citizen experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Create, evaluate, and iterate user-centred content across end-to-end journeys
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product owners, and BAs to inform design decisions

- Present content designs and rationale to senior stakeholders
- Document changes and maintain consistency with GDS patterns
