For one of our clients in the retail sector, we're currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with a focus on Workforce Management system migrations. As a Technical Business Analyst, you'll support the international HRIS team in the migration from Kronos to UKG Workforce Management Pro.
You'll work closely with project managers, IT, and external vendors to document requirements, support data migration, and help resolve technical issues during hypercare.
Responsibilities:
- Document functional and technical requirements per country
- Support data migration and validation

Profile:
- Background in business analysis or a similar role

Project:
