Summary: Cadillac Formula 1™ is seeking a Composite Designer to contribute to the design of composite components and tooling for their new team in the 2026 FIA Formula One™ World Championship. Candidates will be responsible for creating CAD models, ensuring design functionality, and mentoring Graduate Designers. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop layouts and schemes for composite assemblies, ensuring optimal design and functionality.
• Create detailed CAD models and drawings of composite components and tooling.
• Prepare comprehensive manufacturing information for composite production processes, including materials, techniques, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure effective communication and implementation of design specifications.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Graduate Designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality work.

Key Skills:

• A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the motorsport industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably CATIA 3DX.
• Knowledge of composite component design and materials.
