Key Responsibilities:

• Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels
• Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as SAFe, DAD, and LeSS
• Engage in agile delivery roles such as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner
• Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement
• Ensure timely realization of client deliverables and outcomes
• Advise client leaders in various industry sectors and support other consultants within the T&O practice
• Contribute to T&O thought leadership, intellectual property, and methods/tools

Key Skills:

• 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile, and Product Management
