Summary: The Compliance Officer role involves managing compliance for a client-side organization overseeing commercial and domestic buildings. Key Responsibilities:
- Management of compliance dashboard.
- Management of contractors ensuring PPM and building MOTs are followed, including water quality and fire safety.
- Provide feedback to asset management regarding costs, variations, and defect issues.
- Work as part of a wider property team to ensure a safe and compliant estate.
- Assist with FRA inspections and remedial works.
Key Skills:
- Experience as a Compliance Officer, Compliance Manager, or Fire Risk Inspector.
- Knowledge of compliance management in commercial and domestic buildings.
