Summary: The Community Fundraising Manager (Maternity Cover) will lead the strategic development of community fundraising initiatives while managing a team member and ensuring budgetary compliance. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance the supporter journey and achieve income targets. The position is part-time, with flexible hours available for the right candidate. The successful applicant will report to the Senior Fundraising Manager and play a crucial role in the community fundraising strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of the community fundraising income stream, evaluating and analyzing activities against key performance indicators.
- Deliver on income and expenditure targets, regularly reviewing and reporting activity to the Senior Fundraising Manager and wider team.
- Plan and deliver the supporter journey process for community fundraisers in collaboration with the Supporter Care Team.
- Line manage the Community Fundraising Officer, providing support and leadership through regular 1:1s and annual appraisals.
Key Skills:
