Summary: The Senior Community & Creator Marketing Lead (EMEA) is responsible for developing and executing the community strategy for creative professionals in the UK and Germany. This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance brand engagement and advocacy among creators. The position requires a strategic approach to community management, content amplification, and stakeholder communication. It is a 12-month contract focused on maternity cover within a global creative technology organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive EMEA community strategy for creative professionals
- Partner closely with content, events, social, PMM and customer marketing teams
- Lead regional ambassador and creator programs, including talent identification and activation
- Ensure community content is effectively amplified across social and marketing channels
- Act as the voice of the community internally, translating feedback into insight
- Build scalable processes, reporting frameworks and playbooks
Key Skills:
- 7–10 years in community, creator, brand or audience marketing
- Proven experience running ambassador or creator programs
- Strong stakeholder management in matrixed organisations
- Experience working across multiple markets or regions
- Comfortable testing, learning and iterating on new engagement models
