Summary: The role of a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) in Manchester offers a rewarding locum opportunity with flexible working hours and competitive pay. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments for service users in the community.

  • Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety.
  • Liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines.
  • Offering guidance and psychoeducation to service users and their caregivers.
