Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance during the discovery stage of Workday implementation.
- Map high-level business requirements to Workday functionality.
- Identify technical requirements and challenges, offering recommended solutions.
- Manage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Utilize expertise in Workday HCM and Finance solutions.
- Oversee Workday integrations, data migration, security, and system architecture.
- Navigate challenges related to system integrations in greenfield implementations.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM solutions.
- 5+ years of experience with Workday Finance.
- Strong technical background in Workday integrations and customizations.
- Significant knowledge of Workday functional areas, particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
- Workday Certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Finance, Workday Integration).
- Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools (e.g., Workday Studio, EIB, WWS, Cloud Connect).
- Deep understanding of Finance system architecture related to HCM processes.
