Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the marketing and PR plan for the charity.
• Create and manage content for digital communications, including the charity's website and social media channels.
• Produce engaging copy for internal communications, case studies, and press releases.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and respond to media inquiries.
• Design marketing materials and liaise with external suppliers for production.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral.
• Monitor press coverage and report on performance metrics.
• Provide web and social media training as required.

Key Skills:

• Education to diploma level, NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualifications or experience.
