Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a true partner to head office function leaders.
- Develop strong relationships to understand departmental needs and commercial drivers.
- Provide insight, challenge, and support around cost control and investment decisions.
- Own and develop monthly reporting across all central functions.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for relevant departments.
- Identify and drive cost saving opportunities, presenting findings clearly and constructively.
- Modernise and implement improved reporting processes and templates.
- Ensure robust controls are in place around financial reporting and the purchase process.
- Increase financial visibility and clarity for budget holders and the Group CEO/CFO.
- Liaise with the Finance shared services team to ensure cohesive reporting.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and forecasts for the CFO.
- Forecast outcomes for group-wide bonus schemes and share-based payments.
- Work closely with the Group’s head of reward to ensure alignment between HR and Finance.

Position Summary
This is a newly shaped opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded finance professional to partner with our central head office functions, (including IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Sustainability, and Health & Safety,) and our Executive team. You’ll support head office cost management and own reporting, developing and implementing sophisticated reporting processes, while playing a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. With visibility across the most strategic parts of the business, this role is high-impact and ideal for someone eager to grab hold of a broad remit and make it their own. This is a UK-based role, located in London, Paddington with a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Business Partnering
- Act as a true partner to head office function leaders
- Develop strong relationships to understand departmental needs and commercial drivers
- Provide insight, challenge, and support around cost control and investment decisions
- Financial Reporting & Forecasting
- Own and develop monthly reporting across all central functions – both to heads of functions and to the Group Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for relevant departments
- Identify and drive cost saving opportunities, presenting findings clearly and constructively
- Process Improvement & Reporting
- Overhaul
- Modernise and implement improved reporting processes and templates
- Ensure that robust controls are in place around both head office financial reporting and the head office purchase process
- Increase financial visibility and clarity for budget holders and the Group CEO / CFO
- Liaise with the Finance shared services team (Prague based) to ensure cohesive reporting
- Strategic Finance Support
- Provide ad hoc reporting and forecasts for the CFO
- Forecast outcomes for group-wide bonus schemes and share-based payments
- Work closely with the Group’s head of reward to ensure that HR and Finance remain aligned

Salary / package:
Salary range of £75,00 – £90,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + bonus. Pension – match contribution from 4% – 10%. Life Assurance – 2 x annual salary rising to 4 x if joined to Company pension. Free parking on all sites. Free refreshments provided. An entitlement to full pay whilst off sick for a limited number of days (in addition to your statutory sick pay entitlement). 25 days holiday plus national holidays.
