Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain regular financial reporting for business leadership
- Forecast and monitor revenue, project performance, and client profitability
- Track staff utilisation and capacity to support planning and resourcing
- Provide performance commentary and variance analysis vs forecast
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders
- Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Provide commercial insight for pricing strategies and client proposals
- Assist with onboarding clients and suppliers
- Oversee invoicing, WIP, and revenue recognition processes
- Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Be a point of contact for resolving finance-related queries
- Support with month-end, quarterly, and year-end reporting cycles
- Deliver variance analysis and commentary on KPIs
- Collaborate with the Division Financial Controller and central finance teams
- Support audit processes and assist with compliance as needed
Key Skills:
- Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proficient in Excel; Power BI or similar reporting tools a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and keen to drive improvements
